All the staff were amicable, accommodating. They helped us get a shuttle from beach. The a double room was wonderful and fine with a tinier bathroom. The location was wonderful, relatively near Sx The Club. It took us 20 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

Location and rooms were amazing, but most important - the hotel was clean. Although the whole experience was nice, the bed in our room was rock hard. The outdoor bar was nice, liked this place.

Unique and fairly clean hotel, beautiful location very close to a nice beach. Cozy room and exceptional, I loved it. Having a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets was a bonus.

The hotel has exceptional staff and atmosphere. You could walk to stores and boutiques. Besides, Central Park is 5 minutes' drive away. Well-maintained pool area too.

The property was fairly clean and cozy and the location was top. In general I had immaculate, well-kept room, beds were very comfy. The breakfast was free & parking was on-site. Having different good drinks in the outdoor bar was a very nice touch.
Facilities were simply wonderful, nevertheless Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

The staff was exceptional, the room was absolutely perfect, bed was comfy. All in all everything was fine, however we had unclean bathroom. We often visited an outdoor bar. Friendly customer service provided too.

Hotel's right by tourist spots like plaza antonia quinones. Beach restaurant right in the property. Condado district won't disappoint you. We loved at wind chimes boutique.
